Mr. Phoolchand V. Parmar
Founder - Bali Landmarks
B. E. Civil (Gold Medalist - Ahmedabad University), Mr. Phoolchand V. Parmar laid the foundation of our construction business with unwavering dedication and vision. His work spanned various fields of construction, including Water Reservoir Projects, Canals, Residential & Commercial Projects, and more across India. Settling in Bombay in 1961-62, he built a legacy that continues to drive us forward. Though he has now left for his heavenly abode, his invaluable experience, thoughtfulness, and vision remain a constant source of inspiration. This is a tribute to his life, and it is his enduring legacy that continues to guide and propel our business as we move ahead.Mr. Vijay P. Parmar

Son of Mr. Phoolchand V. Parmar, B. Com., L.L.B., Mr. Vijay Parmar joined the construction business set up by his father in 1982. Having worked under a Chartered Accountant and coming from a Commerce background, he possesses vast knowledge of Taxation and its facets. Mr. Vijay Parmar oversees the Legal aspects (documentation, agreements, contracts, etc.) and heads the Accounts/Financial part of the business. He also leads the Sales and Marketing arm of the company and is responsible for the overall administration of the group companies. His legacy, carried forward with dedication and vision, continues to inspire us, with his rich experiences shaping the future of the business.
Mr. Sushant V. Parmar
Partner - Bali Landmarks
Son of Mr. Vijay Parmar, has completed his Civil Engineering. Having cleared engineering with Distinction, he also underwent internship experience on sites with well-known Developers for a period of 1 year. He had handled all the aspects of building construction and has vast contacts with expert agencies in the field. He is responsible for overall management of day-to-day affair of the projects and co-ordinating and planning with our Architects, R.C.C. Consultants, and Consulting Architects on one side and Local Municipal Corporation’s department offices including Building Proposals, acquiring T.D.R., Land Record & Revenue Dept. like City Survey Offices and other semi government offices.
